Hey, so I went through this video for school, I did it with my girlfriend, and by the end of it, she was sobbing and I was laughing hysterically because it was so horrific having to be brought back into my body, I am not cut out for meditating, thinking about my lungs makes me feel like someone is cutting into me with an axe, thinking about my pelvis makes me feel like hitting it with a hammer, and thinking about my breathing makes me stop. So I would say, not my thing, uhm but whatever floats your boat
