Wonderful content with No nonsense, That’s why as Muslims we practice our religion and need to wake up before sunrise and wash up and perform our prayers and prayer movements are gentle and with beautiful flow of body movements, which majorly contribute to our spiritual and physical health. We do this practice of praying 5 times everyday at specific times to help better connect to our Creator and also ourselves inside out

  4. Thank you for posting videos. Currently I struggle to sleep hence to get up in the morning (going through an unwanted divorce). When I finally force myself up , I open the blinds to get light. I will surely implement: breathing before taking the phone (will try to avoid phone until I have already got some sun and water) then open the blinds and hydrate. Thanks again
