Some of our actions may be too mentally draining, such as holding onto toxic relationships or pushing ourselves too hard with school or work. It can be a good idea to step back and take a look at our behaviors and habits and ask ourselves the question: do I possess healthy habits? Or negative ones? I’m sure we all have negative habits, but now it’s time to start incorporating some mentally beneficial behaviors into our routines in hopes we can develop a new habit – a good one this time. 2. I stopped sharing my emotions, because i don t have who to share them with anyone. My family used to never listen when i talked.I gave up.Now that i don t talk to them they get angry.I tried being calm explaining everything to them, but sadly, wven if i listen and improve myself for them, they never do the same.I have a therpy appointment for the first time, pretty soon, thankfully because you made me try it.Hopefully it will help me.I would talk to friends but i don t want to fill them with bad emotions too. They are probably going through a lot too. They are true friends, and they do help me when i start crying for example, but i can t share my hole life with them, i am not even comfortable with that yet.I have never build up the courage to post something to you, since i know you are clearly filled with bad lifes, and trauma, but i have now and hopefully at some point i will be able to open up and be my true self again.Thank you so much psych2go!I will try building good habits, sleeping more at night and stop scrolling!❤
