I had a really annoying draining friend who was nice, but, one day I just sat down and told myself to cut off all negative people from my life especially those who drain me… And time and time again, I somewhat have this feeling of guilt, creeping in telling me, I cut that person off for no reason, and anytime I ask myself, why I cut off a kind person, I just end up feeling guilty. This explanation is so much better than any I’ve given myself, “I’m protecting myself”

  2. Can you make a video for the lonely/independent girls. Im at school and i have trouble regulating my nervous system in a school environment that can be overwhelming due to subconscious past experiences that brings me anxiety. Could you make a video for people in school surrounding healing these blocks?

  3. This is such an important video. So many people think mental health improves through one big change, but in reality it’s the small daily habits that slowly break the cycle. Things like regulating your nervous system, moving your body, being mindful of what you consume online, and learning how to process emotions instead of suppressing them can make a huge difference over time.

    I also like that you’re focusing on practical habits, because healing isn’t just about motivation or positive thinking. It’s about creating routines that support your mind and body every day.

    A lot of people are silently struggling right now, so content like this really matters. When we start understanding ourselves better and building healthier habits, healing actually becomes possible step by step. Thanks for sharing this.
