  2. Repeating affirmations felt super awkward for me at first but eventually my mindset legit started to shift.

  3. like so last fall I started actually *saying* my affirmations out loud in the car (felt silly at first, ngl). Pretty sure it rewired something because now whenever I catch my brain spiraling, those same phrases just pop up on their own. Idk if it’s placebo or what, but it’s like muscle memory for my mindset now. Pairing that with a ten minute walk after breakfast = game changer for my mood (and I’m not even a morning person).
