  1. So a toxic thing I did was borrow my brothers tattoo gun and equipment and new different types of needles and ended up tattooing myself crappy tattoos (for beginner and printing off designs I actually did pretty good ) lmao I took your advice wrong πŸ˜‚

  2. Writing down 3-5 things I’m grateful for every day helps if you write the reason why. As an example, instead of just writing “I’m grateful for my mom”. You can write “I’m grateful for my mom because I’ve had a rough day and she listened. She made me feel heard and cared for.”
    It shows more perspectives on why you’re grateful for xyz.
    A lot of people just write the former and then it’s done. In my case, if I don’t write the reason why I’m grateful, it just feels like an empty gratitude. Kinda like saying thank you or sorry without meaning it.

  3. Practicing gratitude for me has become a great way for me to combat feelings of anxiety. I nstead of stressing about what could be I am focusing on what is. It helps me realize that I have what I need and I am where I am meant to be. 35:31
