  1. Great info. My diet system:: First, a routine of the same foods will generate power, just from doing the same thing every day. any diet will work if it is regular, generally. so how can i guarantee i will age slower and in plain English including facts only?:
    you have to:
-increase peptide hormones from diet and or exercise(these hormones are produced from higher soluble fiber and protein with some energy like fats + a bit of carbs small volume meals is essential, where dinner can be larger, as much as one wants. exercise will make a lot of them and they saturate the cell wall apposed to internally like steroids. The protein/peptide hormones make people physically strong)
    -antioxidant’s after 2pm ideally 5pm.
    -early dinner
-small high protein meals in the day
-don’t eat oils from plants, not recommended. use saturated fats with a gastrique or condiment.
-a gastrique with high animal fats or a condiment to help saturated fat digestion (btw animal lard is 40-60% unsaturated. unsaturated fats from animals is fine)

I need more info. what do you suggest I eat:
-grains for breakfast and oxidants like coffee before 2pm. you are loading up with glycogen and your body does this well in the morning at breakfast. so oatmeal/cakes/or cookies at BF. anything high in complex carbs except vegetables.
-the next meal is rice & chicken, or small piece of meat or cheese, or 1/4 cup of milk all day.
-next, or meal 3 is dinner. it is a complex meal with meat and grains and vegetables.
-next repeat with grains or cookies or a desert and so on. (3 x sequence. you can do the same types of food successively. so rice and chicken all day, but you can’t shuffle the sequence. for ex.: meat after a complex meal will cause hemorrhoids.)

I sometimes do – : calcium supplements, magnesium, iron, Vitamin c, fish oils, though i don’t need fish oils(I do lard).

    *Thank you.* HB
