  1. 1hour 26min, You both had me crying. I am currently dealing with Dad in nursing home (memory care) and helping my mom who lives alone and doesn’t drive. Both are 92. I have 3 siblings who rarely or never help. I cannot control that I make it a priority to be there for our parents, and that they cannot and will not step up. Really struggling with balancing a full-time job and the caregiver roles. Slowly making changes to my diet and sneaking in 15 min daily walks on tread mill. The relaxation part is what I need to work on. Feel guilty for taking an hour to just “be”. Thank you so much for having Dr Chatterjee on. So needed this in this moment.
