  1. i don’t know why for a men like him promoting Caffeine use , i heard very negative things about using Caffeine.

  2. 6.5 hrs sleep and drink caffeine. Please don’t follow this advise. You can get away with it if you’re a multi millionaire financially free person but both of those things will make the average life harder. The only reason he advocates for those things is because his nervous system is regulated enough for him to get away with. It’s sad to see a scientist fall prey to their own biases

  3. Why would u start ur day off drinking caffeine just to in the afternoon taper urself off of caffeine? Isn’t the whole point of caffeine that it’s not a harddrug that u need to be tapering off of as long as you dont use it excessively? I’m not buying this one bit.
