  1. Your decaf caffeine coffee is very good advice! Caffeine ruins my sleep schedule badly, then ruins my productivity next day… and if I’m not careful and make a point of it, my sleep schedule will be ruined for a week long from one night of lack of sleep because it has a compound effect if I don’t persist to sleep on time the next day. This is the reason why I don’t drink anymore, it’s a waste of a week of me recovering.
