I used to think that I had Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.), a problem that makes you feel depressed when the weather’s no good, but then I cut sugar out of my diet (aside from whole fruits) and I realized I do not have S.A.D. Essentially, sugar was negatively affecting my mood… now, I’m pretty much happy all the time, even on gloomy days!
