  1. Week 2 meal prep update: I found a meal I love that was SUPER easy to prep! Interestingly I didn’t get tired of this meal at all (probably because I never get tired of Asian food… like ever)

    Sauce ingredients: 1/3 c soy sauce, 1/4 c gochujang, 3 tbsp honey, 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp grated ginger

  3. I love meal prepping. But I CAN’T eat the same thing for multiple meals. Then I lose my appetite all together. And I don’t eat at all. Which is just as bad.🤦🤷
