Week 2 meal prep update: I found a meal I love that was SUPER easy to prep! Interestingly I didn’t get tired of this meal at all (probably because I never get tired of Asian food… like ever)

I love meal prepping. But I CAN’T eat the same thing for multiple meals. Then I lose my appetite all together. And I don’t eat at all. Which is just as bad.🤦🤷
that much rice will make you hungry easier. either add more, or don’t eat rice at all.
I am so sick of eating takeaway food for lunch at work. Might try this, looks easy!
