  2. What stands out to me about these tips is that they all work *indirectly* on stress, not forcefully. Movement, sleep, music, nature, connection — none of these try to “fix” stress head-on.

    In my experience, that’s why they actually work. Stress isn’t a problem to solve as much as a signal from the nervous system. When the body feels safer, the mind naturally follows.

    Simple ideas here, but deceptively powerful when practiced consistently.

  3. How to detox social media. Is it out of boredom, stress, or habit? For me, it’s for stress and I just get on social media when there’s martial arts on it.
