  2. Great breakdown Dr. Tara! I really appreciate how you simplified the mind-body-soul connection because it can get pretty overwhelming when you’re first starting out. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about that concept of the body being a sacred temple—almost like this miracle that we get to inhabit. When you look at it that way, feeding it fresh and healthy stuff feels less like a chore and more like you’re just taking care of something precious.

    It’s also interesting how physical postures and breathwork work together to do more than just make you flexible. Using them as a way to “cleanse” the spirit and clear the mind makes so much sense. Sometimes we focus so much on the “workout” part that we forget the spiritual and mental clarity that comes with it. Definately going to keep these tips in mind as I try to find more balance. Thanks for sharing!
