  1. Early morning our liver produces sugar so need not to go for breakfast

    So you can do empty stomach exercise with black coffee, green tea for hydration

    Do 1st meal by 10 am
    Mainly
    Eggs, mix sprout, paneer, Soychunks, moog chila etc with 1 banana
    Target 30gm protein

    2nd meal after 5 hrs gap

    Have black tea, black coffee, green tea in between

    2nd meal at sunset around 6 pm

    Rice or roti, daal, paneer, chicken, eggs,
    Target 30 gm protein

    At 9 pm take liquid protein meal

    30 Protein shake in milk or water

    Done
    1st meal 500kcal
    2nd meal 800kcal
    3rd meal 200 kcal

    Roughly 1500kcal daily

    Sleep is main plan 10 pm to 6 am

    Without prioritizing sleep its hard to get healthy in long run

    Track weight try to maintain below 75kg for men below 65kg for women
