New research led by Prof. Eran Segals and Dr. Elinavs research unit indicates a drastic change in blood sugar levels between two individuals on identical diets – this may explain why some struggle to lose weight while others, on the same diet, stay lean and fit. The scientists even developed an algorithm that can calculate ones blood level based on his or her biology and lifestyle.

  1. Personally can’t eat whole-wheat or brown rice without feeling sick with headaches and stomach cramps. Complex carbs don’t work for me at all and I gain weight and bigger stomach instead of loosing weight. Low carb diet all in all is the only diet which makes me feel great and shed the pounds in less than 2 weeks.

  2. “Loved the science in this shows there isn’t one perfect diet for everyone.
‘I always thought ‘healthy’ meant salads and smoothies… until Healix AI showed me my body needs something completely different. Mind blown.🤯’”

  3. What happened to this man’s company and where this data has shown up in consumerism today is a depressing internet rabbit hole to go down. This info, he concluded, is good and could massively improve humanity. Give the dude credit and work with him. Didn’t happen that way.
